What do we loose

Already after three days Astrid had lost one vein of her molar, right in time before we left Germany. She went to a dentist.

Lennart had taken the adapter for screwable cartridges with him when he had left us. This tool is indispensable for us, because in Southeast Europe this cartridges are not available. Luckily he brought the tool when we met each other in June.

The design stopper of the handlebar grip got lost once the Velotraum was fallen down.

A tube incl. a pump was left in Austria. Anotherone we left in Greece because it was so destroyed that we cannot patch it up.

Rolf’s inflatable pillow has gotten ‘pregnant’, i.e. the webs opened. No langer usable. It is a pity. Such bad quality of a pillow which cost 40€.

The mount of an Ortlieb-bag did not survive the first gravel roads. An interim solution worked properly for a while while we ride, but on and off coupling was annoying. Philipp brought replacement in June.

The electricity deliverer ‘The Plug’ has stopped its service after six weeks. Luckily Philipp has brought a new one.

The Solar-Panel. Replacement in June.

The Mini-Rig to garantee music while we are on tour.

Unfortunately the front lamp has given up two weeks ago.The first tunnel was passed already with one lamp for two bikes. It is a pity because the light performance was great.

Rolf left body weight. And this already shortly after we started. Now he continues with his juvenile shape.

We had lost one of six slips. Luckily we found shops with trendy dessous in Albania, so that it has been easy to replace it. (I explicitly mention this, because we met other tourists who asked us if you can buy something to eat in this country.)

We have not really lost anything. If you have only your most important things, you start your trip in the morning only, if you have them all with you.
