Actually we wanted to cycle over from Romania, but experienced motorhome drivers held us back: Crossing the border is too complicated and time-consuming.
Therefore we arrived after transit via Eastern Hungary :-(, Slovakia with a visit of the beautiful city Kosice and the scenic eastern bypass of the High Tatras, purely to Poland, where we felt to be back in Germany: sooo normal.
Yesterday across the border into Ukraine. No problem for us cyclists from the EU :-). Motorists and cross-border commuters have already been put to the test of patience. Truck drivers are in their fate anyway.
And here we really have two days to see everything in Lviv, a city with 730,000 inhabitants, many great buildings, squares, cafes, bars and markets.
