Both countries do not belong to the European Union. Both countries share the Skutari lake where Rolf looks over it. We found great places to put our tent, one in Montenegro, one in Albania. The lake looks like the sea. It is so big and feeded by natural sources only. This is the reason for specific flora and fauna with many species, some only in this lake.
